  • Electricity is included in the price
  • Free WIFI available throughout property (sporadic reception at times, however there is good 4G mobile signal)
  • Sittingroom and bedroom have Freeview flat screen TV and DVD/CD
  • Kitchen has cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge, small freezer, kettle, toaster, dishes etc.
  • Bedroom has two single beds  (linen and towels supplied)
  • Extra single childs fold up bed can be supplied if required
  • Sittingroom has double sofa which converts to double bed if required
  • Wet room has shower, wash basin and toilet 
  • Travel cot and high chair available for babies
  • Patio area with garden furniture (BBQ if requested) and also drying area outside
  • Accommodation is non-smoking but you may smoke outside if you wish
  • Tea, coffee, sugar, milk supplied on arrival
  • Sorry no pets allowed as there are free range hens wandering around
